Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase - but if you need to return an item, we're here to help.
Our goal is to resolve any problems that arise for our customers in a quick and efficient manner. We stand behind our products and services and will always do our very best to take care of you - Your complete satisfaction is our objective.
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Interfit online store:
- Your return package must include a copy of your order receipt (please contact us before sending your return if you do not have your receipt).
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Buyers must pay their return shipping charges.
- Please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.
- All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
- Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- All clearance and gift card sales are final and cannot be returned.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from Interfit can be returned to us. Interfit products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their return policy.
- Returned products must be repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received them or your full refund may be denied.
*Note: For all lights, modifiers, and accessory products we offer a (1) year warranty.
**Light bulbs, flash tubes, and batteries are not covered by warranty. If you receive a one that is broken, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and a replacement will be sent to you. We will not replace any broken or defective bulbs/flash tubes/batteries after 7 days.
About Exchanges:
If you would like to exchange your item(s) due to a defect, please call or email us and we will respond to your request within 24 hours. You must return the defective item back to Interfit before a replacement item can be shipped out.
Please note: Any replacement items will be shipped using a standard shipping method. If you require more rapid shipment, you will be responsible for paying the difference.
